Return Policy

Return Policy (Applies only to online sales, NOT to sales in physical stores)

Please be careful when trying on your items, as if you wish to return them, they must be in the same condition in which you received them. If the return does not comply with our policies, it will not be accepted.

• You have 14 days from the moment you received your order to return an item.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with a copy of the original invoice.
• The cost of return shipping is assumed by the customer.
• Once the garment is inspected, an exchange can be made or a refund of the garment's cost can be issued.

Subject to certain exceptions detailed below:

• Discounted items.
• Bodysuits, culottes.

Refunds (Applies only to online sales, NOT to sales in physical stores)

Once your return has been accepted, we will refund you according to the payment method you used. This may take up to 30 days to become effective, depending on your payment service provider. Returned items will be refunded, excluding the original shipping cost. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
