Shipping times & costs

Pepa Pombo ships nationally (Mexico) and internationally (Worldwide) through DHL and FedEx.

Delivery times

Delivery times begin counting from payment confirmation. The delivery time for our products is:

• In Mexico: approximately 3 to 6 business days for main cities and 5 business days or more for other national destinations.
• International: Depending on the destination, you will receive a confirmation with shipping times and a tracking code for your purchase.

These times are met as long as there are no causes beyond Pepa Pombo's control that could delay delivery, such as any event of fortuitous event or force majeure. Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time. The product may be received and inspected by any adult present at the place of delivery, for which the transporter's guide signature will suffice. Shipping cost

• For shipments in Mexico City and the metropolitan area, shipping will be FREE (regardless of the purchase amount). It is important to correctly enter the postal code when filling out the shipping form for this to apply.

• For shipments within the Mexican Republic (excluding Mexico City and the metropolitan area) for any purchase equal to or greater than MEX $10,000 (ten thousand Mexican pesos), shipping is completely FREE; for purchases whose amount is less than MEX $10,000 (ten thousand Mexican pesos), the shipping cost will be MEX $300 (three hundred Mexican pesos).

• For shipments to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA for any purchase equal to or greater than USD $500 (five hundred US dollars), shipping is completely FREE; for purchases whose amount is less than USD $500 (five hundred US dollars), the shipping cost will be USD $40 (forty US dollars).

• For shipments to the rest of the world for any purchase, it will be US $80 (eighty US dollars).
